Wayfarer Pathway

At the heart of our work is a carefully designed transformational pathway combining all the services Becoming offers to take you on an immersive journey. From questioning assumptions and laying foundations for new ways of being and doing, Wayfarer invites you to lead yourself and others into a new future.

Each year we accompany a group to engage in the soul work of reconciling who we are with what we do. We invite each person to commit into a brave space of radical self-inquiry: exploring human identity, the dynamics of power, concepts of work and emergent ways to walk through the world. As we tread this path we reflect on how this impacts our current way of life and the social boundaries that we dance between including ideas of family, community and profession.

We work alongside you to design a practice that sustains a way to live and work that does not fragment the diversity of your ‘world’ but creates potential for personal, community and organisational growth.

On the way there are discussions about our assumptions of life, what good looks like, can love and business work together, being, doing and belonging, and learning patterns that renew us. There is inspiration, disorientation, healing, aha moments, laughter, tears and everything else that makes our journey uniquely human. Wayfarer is less a course for qualification and more a pathway for transformation.

Held over one academic year Wayfarer is framed by three retreats interwoven to form the backbone of the journey. In-between there are four-day events hosted as space for conversation, participation and reflection. There is also scheduled online times to connect as a cohort. Each person is allocated a mentor to accompany them and sessions are scheduled to meet online or at times in person.
