Who is it for?
This is for someone exploring leadership development personally and professionally. Each year we accompany a cohort in the soul work of reconciling who we are with what we do. We invite each person into a brave space of radical self-inquiry: exploring human identity, the dynamics of power, concepts of work and emergent ways to live and work. As we tread this path we reflect on how this impacts our current way of life and the social boundaries that we dance between including ideas of family, community and profession.
