Conversations Pathway
We host conversations as an important leadership action and lever for discovering and executing new possibility. Using the Art of Hosting we adopt a mutual inquiry with a critical predesigned question. AOH uses processes such as world café, mind mapping and open space technology, inviting people or organisations to generatively question the context they are in so they may engage in and choose fresh ways of thinking and acting for new collective intelligence.
