What is it?
We blend all our experience and know how to offer customised projects for communities or organisations looking to develop different aspects of their work.
Generally ranging from 4 months or more we engage in work to help design strategic outcomes that impact: A good workplace practice, build resilient teams, grow a generative culture, promote community participation, foster innovation and creativity, develop effective models of leadership and leverage events for emergent scenarios.
What would I be doing?
A consultancy project will vary in scope and scale. However, it will usually include a framework of:
Scoping the brief, research critical questions, capturing data, and diagnosis.
Design and delivery of strategies to overcome particular issues.
Produce appropriate tools to create participation, co-creation and transformation
Generating feedback loops through reports, discussions and impact assessment
